Arusha → Tarangire National Park
Your safari begins with pick-up from your hotel in Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport. Meet your private safari guide and drive to Tarangire National Park for your first day of wildlife viewing.
Tarangire is known for its large elephant populations, enormous baobab trees and the Tarangire River, which attracts wildlife from across the surrounding landscape. Spend the day exploring the park in search of elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, lions and abundant birdlife.
After your game drive, continue to your campsite where your safari cook will prepare dinner.

Tarangire → Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, leave Tarangire and travel toward the legendary Serengeti National Park, passing through the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands along the way.
As you enter the Serengeti, the landscape opens into seemingly endless plains. Enjoy an afternoon game drive en route to your campsite, watching for lions, elephants, giraffes, buffalo, cheetahs and the many plains animals that inhabit this remarkable ecosystem.
Arrive at your public campsite in the evening for dinner and an overnight surrounded by the sounds of the Serengeti.

Full Day in Serengeti
Spend a full day exploring Central Serengeti, one of Tanzania’s most rewarding wildlife areas.
Your private guide will take you through open grasslands, river valleys and rocky kopjes in search of lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, buffalo, giraffes and large herds of plains game. Depending on the season and location of the herds, you may also encounter parts of the Great Migration.
With a full day available, there is plenty of time to follow wildlife sightings and explore different areas of the Serengeti before returning to camp.

Serengeti → Ngorongoro
Wake up in the Serengeti and enjoy a morning game drive as you gradually make your way toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
The journey provides another opportunity to search for wildlife before leaving the Serengeti plains behind and travelling toward the Ngorongoro Highlands.
Arrive at Simba Public Campsite, located near the crater rim, for dinner and your final night of camping.

Ngorongoro Crater → Arusha
After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for your final game drive.
The crater supports an extraordinary concentration of wildlife within its volcanic walls. Explore the crater floor in search of lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, hippos and hyenas, with the possibility of spotting the endangered black rhino. Flamingos and other waterbirds can also be found around its lakes and wetlands.
Enjoy lunch during your crater excursion before ascending the crater walls and driving back to Arusha. You will be dropped off at your hotel or transferred to the airport, bringing your Tanzania camping safari to an end.
