Arusha → Tarangire National Park
Your safari begins with pick-up from your hotel in Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport, where you will meet your private safari guide and start the journey to Tarangire National Park.
Tarangire is famous for its enormous elephant herds, ancient baobab trees and wildlife gathering around the Tarangire River. Spend the day exploring its woodland, open savannah and river habitats in search of elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, lions and an impressive variety of birdlife.
After your game drive, continue to your lodge for dinner and a relaxing evening.

Tarangire → Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, depart for the legendary Serengeti National Park, travelling through the beautiful Ngorongoro Highlands and onward toward the endless plains.
As you enter the Serengeti, the landscape opens into vast grasslands dotted with acacia trees and rocky kopjes. Your afternoon becomes part journey and part game drive as you make your way toward Central Serengeti, watching for lions, elephants, giraffes, cheetahs, buffalo and large herds of plains game along the way.
Arrive at camp in the evening for dinner beneath the Serengeti sky.

Central Serengeti → Northern Serengeti, Kogatende
Wake up in the heart of the Serengeti and head out for a morning game drive through the wildlife-rich Central Serengeti. This region is renowned for its resident big cats and year-round wildlife, offering excellent opportunities to encounter lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, buffalo and numerous antelope species.
Later, continue north toward Kogatende in the Northern Serengeti. During the migration season, huge herds of wildebeest and zebra move through this region as they follow fresh grazing and water across the Serengeti-Mara ecosystem.
Enjoy game viewing along the journey before arriving at your migration camp.

Northern Serengeti & Mara River Migration Safari
Today is dedicated to exploring the spectacular Northern Serengeti and the Mara River.
During the Great Migration season, thousands of wildebeest and zebra gather along the riverbanks as they search for opportunities to cross. A river crossing can happen quickly or require hours of patience, and because the migration is a natural event, sightings and crossings cannot be guaranteed.
Beyond the migration herds, Kogatende offers outstanding wildlife viewing with opportunities to encounter lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, hippos, crocodiles and many other species.
Spend the full day exploring the region with your private guide before returning to camp in the evening.

Northern Serengeti → Central Serengeti → Ngorongoro Highlands
After breakfast, begin your journey south through the Serengeti. Enjoy another game drive as you travel through different habitats and wildlife territories toward Central Serengeti.
The drive offers another chance to search for predators and the large herds that inhabit the plains before continuing toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
By evening, arrive at Farm Dream, where you can relax after several unforgettable days in the Serengeti.

Ngorongoro Crater Safari → Arusha
After an early breakfast, travel to the Ngorongoro Crater and descend approximately 600 metres onto the crater floor for an extraordinary game drive.
Often described as one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife destinations, the Ngorongoro Crater supports an exceptional concentration of animals within its natural volcanic walls. Look for lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas and, with some luck, the endangered black rhino. Seasonal concentrations of flamingos and other waterbirds can also be seen around the crater’s lakes and wetlands.
Enjoy lunch during your crater excursion before ascending the crater walls and beginning the drive back to Arusha.
Arrive in Arusha for dinner and your final overnight stay.

Serval Wildlife Experience → Kilimanjaro International Airport
Your final day will be arranged around your departure flight.
For an afternoon or evening flight, enjoy breakfast before travelling to Serval Wildlife for a morning wildlife experience. After your visit, continue to Kilimanjaro International Airport in time for your flight.
For an early morning flight, you will be transferred directly from your hotel to Kilimanjaro International Airport.
You can connect onward to Zanzibar for a beach holiday or begin your journey home, bringing your 7-day Tanzania safari to a close.
